We want you to feel the full benefits of your Forme® posture-correcting apparel, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can get back to feeling your best.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
